Liability Insurance *

I understand that I must provide a certificate of insurance for $2 million liability coverage naming Jessica Lilley and Merrickville's Makers Markets as additional insured in order to participate in all in-person markets.

Food Purveyors *

I am not a food purveyor.

I am a food purveyor. I understand that if I sell food products of any sort, am a food concession or offer samples of food, that I must adhere to all food safety guidelines as laid out by the Leeds-Grenville Public Health Unit.

Spring Market 2025 *

The Spring Market takes place INDOORS at the Merrickville Community Centre on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30 from 10 am to 4 pm. This is a members-only event and the member rate is $50. Although we will make every effort to accommodate your date request, spots are first-come, first-served. Once the registration deadline passes, any unclaimed spots will be made available for a double space or an additional day at a reduced rate. We will keep a waitlist! Thank you for your understanding.

Please note each indoor space is 8' x 8' and comes with free WiFi. Let us know if you would like the following add-ons (no charge).

I would like access to a power outlet (limited availability).

My display requires a wall space.

Fall Market 2025 *

The Fall Market takes place OUTDOORS at the Merrickville Fairgrounds and goes rain or shine from 10 am to 4 pm. (in the event of dangerous or extraordinary weather, we will endeavour to postpone to Sunday, September 21). Each spot is 10' x 10'. The member rate is $50. Limited spaces will be made available to qualifying non-members at a rate of $80.

I would like to participate in the market on Saturday, September 13.

I am interested in a double spot (+$35).
